We are honoured to welcome Ernst Loosen, from the world-renowned Dr. Loosen Winery, who will personally attend this exclusive evening. Guests will be guided through a journey of storytelling, heritage, and fine wines, perfectly paired with a four-hands set menu crafted by Chef Chumpol and Chef ET.

This intimate dinner is set for 24 guests, featuring refined Thai gastronomy elevated with Hua Hin’s finest local ingredients. Each course will be paired with a curated selection of wines, including rare vintages personally presented by Ernst Loosen.
