Décor and design elements such as hand-painted ceramic tableware and other exquisite details further help make every meal at Pirom a special occasion. One of those culinary professionals is Pirom’s Chef de Cuisine, Jasvir San-Ghera, better known to her fans as Chef Mama Duu. The Thailand native and third-generation chef is well known throughout the country for her frequent appearances on cookery shows and travel programming, including Thailand’s Khun Toi Kitchen as well as China’s Chef Nic and Australia’s Luxury Escapes. She’s also been a judge for Iron Chef Thailand.
