Greetings and a warm welcome to InterContinental Hua Hin Resort.
We’ve reached the year’s fourth quarter, a time when Hua Hin’s rainy season winds down and events and activities pick up. Here at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort, this quarter features a special focus on cuisine. Now, you could say there’s no reason for it, since every day is a special day for food and drink at our resort and in all of Thailand. But, we really do have something special for you from late 2019 – and it’s our refreshed concept at Pirom restaurant. This new chapter in the story of Thai cuisine not only emphasises the flavours and aromas of regional and specialty dishes, but also delights diners with the sights, textures and even sounds of Thailand’s culinary and cultural heritage. You’ll enjoy a relaxed setting where Chef Mama Duu lovingly prepares dishes based on family recipes passed down to her through the generations.
Also this quarter on 11 November it’s Loy Krathong, one of Thailand’s most enchanting festivals when glowing paper lanterns light the sky and charming lotus-shaped floats drift along rivers and waterways. Celebrate the festival with your family at our Pirom restaurant for a memorable Loy Krathong experience.
Great news: BluPort Bridge is open. Our new pedestrian overpass connecting BluPort Wing to Beach Wing is complete, allowing guests direct and much more convenient access between the resort’s two wings and BluPort Hua Hin Resort Mall.
All for now. But keep in mind the Festive Season is just around the corner, so read on for a preview including details on a very special eight-course set dinner menu featuring ten-person orchestra and solo opera solo performance.
